Mr. Clary started Engineering Construction Design, Inc. in early 2001. He was working with Michael Burgett, P.E. at the time as a consultant of sorts when he suggested to Michael, that he should give some consideration to expanding his electrical engineering firm to include mechanical and plumbing disciplines. Mr. Burgett’s response was immediate and succinct, “I have no interest”. He followed that up to suggest to Jay that he should startup a firm offering those disciplines and offered up office space for the new venture.

It wasn’t long thereafter Mr. Clary expanded the business to include Civil and Electrical engineering and consulting services. To reflect these changes ECD is now called Engineering Construction Design & Associates, LLC. Mr. Clary has put together a quality team of engineers offering expertise in their respective fields as evidenced by the magnitude and vast array of projects across industrial, medical, retail, and residential industries.
