Mr. Sullivan is a Managing Partner to our firm. Louis brings decades of experience to head our design team. He came out of retirement realizing he needed--and welcomed--the challenges of his profession. We could not be better served than having Louis working with us. Originally from Tennessee, Louis graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Louis left the area for Arizona to take on a national account overseeing the expansion of Ramada Inn Resorts. Louis loves tackling innovative and complex projects.

Having previously been a Plans Reviewer for municipalities, Mr. Reyes is our firm's specialist in working with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for the Submittal of drawings: MP&E, Civil, Architectural and Structural.
