- Re-work A/C to Accommodate New Layout and Use
- New and Existing Hoods
- New Plumbing Layout
- Re-work Lighting (Calculations./ Single-line/Panel Schedule for any new lighting or equipment power requirements.
- New Power Distribution Consideration
- Design for Existing Code Violations In Mind (e.g. Electrical: transformer, panel, and disconnects were in code violation of working clearance. Flex conduit runs going out windows in violation; Plumbing: violations were that water heaters in the electrical service area and the grease trap were not properly installed or vented.)
